The Committee hold regular meetings to discuss upcoming events and fundraising. These meetings moved from a formal monthly schedule to more ad hoc to provide flexibility to working schedules. 

All meetings held are minuted and a meeting with the Headteacher is scheduled to update on discussions and decisions. 

Dates for Annual General Meetings are announced here and all are welcome to attend. During Annual General Meetings we go through the activities from the year in the Chair's Report and discuss the annual accounts and present the next budget. The Committee are also voted in during this meeting, and we welcome those wishing to be a part of the Committee to write to us and put themselves forward.

Our next AGM is on Friday 6th March 2026 at 9am at the school. Everyone is welcome to attend the AGM and find out what we have been up to and where our funding goes.
