Cherry - Year 2

Personal letters just for you Cherry Class!

Welcome to Cherry Class - Year 2

Our Willowbrook Picture News discussion is around this very interesting question:

Whose job is it to protect animals in the wild?

What do you think?  Do not forget you can tweet your ideas and answers as we would love to see them! smiley

Hello Cherry Class,

We hope you are all well and enjoying the sunshine at home!

We hope you have enjoyed some of the activities we suggested so far.  Have you been doing PE with Joe Wicks?  We have done it every day and found it really fun but also hard work!  Have you tried out the Numbots link yet, (it is as the bottom of this page), you can create some really cool robots, we can't wait to see what robots you choose!

We have added some more fun challenges for you to do at home too but we are sure you have done lots of other exciting things too, maybe cooking or painting.  Have you made a rainbow for your window yet?  If you have done something interesting remember your parents can tweet it so we can see it too.

We miss you all but hope you are staying safe at home and look forward to seeing you all soon.

Take care

Mrs Mertens, Mrs Walby & Mrs Proctor

Our topic this term is 'London's Burning!'

We love reading in Cherry Class.

Take  a look at our reading corner.

We have enjoyed reading books from our corner and written fantastic reviews.

Our author of the term is Mini Grey, have you read any of her books? We recently read 'Three By The Sea' and wrote our own book reviews.
