Maple - Year 6

Personal Letters just for you Maple Class

Welcome to Maple Class Page

Hallo Maple Class,

I hope that you are all well and are staying safe. Remember to check on your Maple class friends during this trying time. We are each other's keeper! Below is another week’s worth of work for home learning and a suggested timetable that you can follow if you choose. Don’t forget to read daily as well as practise your spellings. Look out for challenges on Rockslam on TTRS and remember, you can play against each other on the arena. There are also lots of website links on the letter and the home learning tab on the school website. Remember, your parents can tweet what you are getting up to at home so that I can see and celebrate your achievements. Also,  don't forget that you can ask mum or dad to email me via the office ( ) if you need help with your work.I miss you all and hope to see you soon.

Swimming is on Tuesday morning and Outdoor games is on Friday afternoon.

EVERY child will require their Swimming kits and PE kit. These should be in school each day anyway as a matter of course.

Year 6 homework is now being set from CGP for Maths and English homework. In addition to this, children for are expected to read at least 5 times a week and hand in their reading records, which must be signed by an adult for each read.  Reading records will be checked every Friday morning.

It is also vital that children practice their times tables using TTRockstars and their spellings using their spelling packs.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding homework, please let us know.
